Weighing in Wednesday

I have lost 10 pounds, almost the exact weight of Olivia. You would think this would give me cause for celebration but I feel like I should have lost more by this point. Roughly it has equaled out to be about a pound a week since Olivia was born (can you believe it’s been 10 weeks?) But I feel like I could have done so much better if I really tried and stayed focused. My goal is 40LBS so 30 more to go. I have really been working on portion control and making better choices, but I do love food! A friend gave me a great website for someone just like me. If you have time check it out.
