Making quiche for dinner is my fallback meal for days or weeks that we are short on money or just really busy. My tip is for the crust. I don’t always have stale bread available so I have used many other things- rice, garlic bread, potatoes, croutons. It always turns out great. Croutons and rice have been our favorites!

sorry to sound dumb, I have never made a quiche, but I have tasted them and always have liked them.
We put eggs, ham or sausage, cheese, seasonings and usually spinach in our quiche plus whatever we use as the crust.
