Making quiche for dinner is my fallback meal for days or weeks that we are short on money or just really busy. My tip is for the crust. I don’t always have stale bread available so I have used many other things- rice, garlic bread, potatoes, croutons. It always turns out great. Croutons and rice have been our favorites!

  2. is quiche mostly eggs? what else do you put in it?
    chicken? ham?
    sorry to sound dumb, I have never made a quiche, but I have tasted them and always have liked them.

  3. We put eggs, ham or sausage, cheese, seasonings and usually spinach in our quiche plus whatever we use as the crust.
